TA-65 Telomerase Complex in-use human efficacy study
Panel of 54 female subjects, aged 35-60 years were randomly assigned to one of four blinded skin treatment products.

They applied twice a day for 12 weeks to determine efficacy of:
•Reduced appearance of crow’s feet fine lines/wrinkles;
•Increased skin firmness
•Reduced appearance of red/inflamed skin

Cutometer® measurements were taken on the volunteers’ faces to measure skin firmness. Digital photographs were taken of the face of the volunteers using Visia CR® 2.2 to determine changes in crow’s feet fine lines / wrinkles and redness. Subjects were instructed to report to the Testing Facility following 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of product use for objective evaluations using instrumental measurements and digital photography. Additionally, at the final visit, subjects were required to respond to a questionnaire.

Evaluations of efficacy were based on a comparison
of baseline vs. each observation period for the product.

Evaluation of skin parameters following the use of
TA-65® for Skin Telomerase Complex

Conclusions:
•Skin firmness significantly improved by 42%, 93%, 101%, 89% after 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of daily application of TA-65 for Skin
•Crow’s feet fine lines / wrinkles were significantly reduced by 18% after 12 weeks of use
•Skin redness was significantly reduced by 9% after 12 weeks of use.
•No irritation was observed during entire test period
•83% of the subjects strongly agree that TA-65 for Skin made their skin appear healthier and younger looking since using the product. They would purchase and recommend the product to a friend.
